As the first professional neonatal electrocardiograph (ECG) ,  KangarooCare CT-type Neonatal Electrocardiograph is developed by Dr. Kar Gay Lim in Australia. Dr. Lim is currently the R&D Director of the Australian Medical Equipment Research Institute, and has been involved in neonatal ECG research since the early 80s. Since 1987, his research team in Sydney has led electrocardio technology by theorizing and applying computerized modules to assist the diagnosis of ECGs.
